Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and usually take within one week domestically, or two weeks internationally. Don't stress, your harnesses are tracked safely with Aus Post.

To clean a neoprene harness, hose it off with cold water as soon as possible after use to prevent dirt and stains from setting. If more thorough cleaning is needed, soak the harness in warm water with a soft soap, gently scrubbing any stubborn areas, and then rinse thoroughly. Allow it to air dry completely before the next use.
